- @EA_Barry Hi Barry, thanks for the quick reply. I've checked those steps already, and the strange is, that i can connect to the game, no problem, but when i join the session and start to race i can do a couple of races, but then, i get kicked out of the session, but i'm still online, so my game don't even has to reconnect, and can connect to another session right away.
As for ban, i don't see anything in my ban history, and if i would be banned, i could even login to the online game i assume
Are you allowed to tell what exactly the error code DR1002 stands for and how we coudl proceed further?
Thanks in advance Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I keep getting disconnected from the lobby. Error Code 1002
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Honestly, just try to play a game. See if it happens. I feel like this might be a global issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? As stated in the summary, I will randomly be disconnected.
What do you expect to see? Normal gameplay like any other night, where I can play for at least 1 hour without interruptions.
Each time I play a game, it takes anywhere from 2 - 10 minutes before I get kicked out of a lobby. It doesnt matter what I do, I could be in the middle of a race or just working on a vehicle, in a matter of minutes, the game suddenly boots me out with the error screen "You have been disconnected from the server. Error DR1002."
I did notice while playing that other players were also randomly dropping out mid race. In one particular race (Endurance), we were close to the end of the race when I noticed the 2nd place player (with just a few yards to catch 1st) suddenly logged out of the server, then 2 others went, and finally me.

I completed the focus rs challenge got all 80 billboards but it didnt give me the reward.when i got the last billboard i got the error code dr1002.it says 80/80 but is stuck in the in progress page and it didnt give me the adbusting trophy even tho i got all 80.
is there a way for me to fix this?
The last two days I've been getting disconnected about halfway through the loading screen after joining an online session. I managed to join a session around 12:30 am last night, but have not been able to connect since. The error code given is DR1002. Haven't been able to find any info on what it means, or a work around. EA help only sends me to the Xbox site, but Unbound is the only game that is having connection issues. Tried contacting support but it only directs me to the EA help page.
i think you have the same problem as me , i play in a PS5 and it says i cant go online

Hey @J22yy We can give the following steps a try and check if the error continues:
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart
Me and my friends using the same wifi since we stay together. And we cant play the game online together in the same server. it kept pop up DR1001 error codes, while our connection is stable and we are using wired internet cable (LAN).
