NFS Unbound Error Code 6 & Error Code 9: "Unable to save file"

Hey I’m having this problem on ps5. Is there a fix for this? It’s really frustrating because I keep getting scared that all my self designed livery’s will delete themselves

My gamertag is LucarioTJK (PS5)

I currently have 54-55 wraps, all made in multiplayer.

Attempting to work on and save progress on anymore wraps gives me the messege ("Unable to save file. Your progress will not be stored. Please check our support pages for more help")

I will also get an error code..either 6 or 9, I personally recieve 9s mostly with very few 6s.

This bug seems to affect each player differently..some will be able to make less/more wraps before the bug is triggered.  For those destined to get it...it's not a matter of IF they'll get it......it's WHEN.

I..among other players are sick and tired of putting in...HOURS..of effort creating beautiful works of art or downloading such art..only to eventually be stopped dead in our tracks by problems like THIS..with very little / no solution to the problem.

I hope that EA and Criterion can read this and start listening to other players having the same issues and find a solution to this problem and FIX IT.

First of, thank you for responding to me. I’ve read it all. But how do I keep all my self made livery’s is there no way?

I have not had an issue installing my game and I have already tried all the work arounds on the EA website associated with permissions and moving folders. However, I still cannot get into the main menu screen because I am getting "Error: 6" which say that it is unable to access save data. How can I fix this?

This is no help what so ever we can’t fix it on our end and it’s not saving cars we buy for the session we buy them in I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game with dlcs and the speed passes and now It’s not saving I’ve tried everything that has been said in the tech chat nothing works kinda want my money back honestly
