Premium content from the Speed Passes from Volume 7-9 is missing

The premium unlocks that you get from the Speed Pass are now locked for me, i have unlocked everything in the previous volumes but now i cannot access all of the items that i have unlocked and even worse i cannot access the premium items from this volume either.

You can see proof of my issue in the images below. I am on Xbox BTW.
