We have recently made changes to the EA App, I wanted to check if this is still happening. If so would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

• PSN ID/Gamertag:
• Are you getting an error message?
• Which modes does this happen in?
• Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?
• Does this happen to any other account on the device?
• How long are you playing until this happens?
• Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
• What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
• Is anything else happening?
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

 no error message
happpends in every mode doesnt matter what i do, also reinstalled the whole game TWICE. i dont even get to play, i press the game, it opens up a small window. and then it closes and opens up the EA app again, i literally just bought a new pc 2 weeks ago. never had this issue. this all started with this new "better" app of urs. 

i also start everything in admin. also tried in windows xp 8 10 vista. nothing works. even in default mode on my pc.

If you are playing The Sims 4 on the EA app you may want to post on our Sims 4 boards for better assistance. 

i Got a Fix for ya'll open the ea app as an administrator, it will show that the services of ea aren't respondingthen click the option to something like start the ea service and then it will automatically download missing files and then 
BOOM, it is fixed... Thank me later...
