When you have a moment can we see if the following help us?

1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

I've done 4 of these now;

1 - had no corruptions in cmd, I've installed a GPU update
2 - there is no where that I can repair my game in the EA App
3 - I've cleared cache
4 - No issues

5 - I find no apps that are stopping the EA App or the game

Since I've done this, keep losing connection when trying to play the game. If I can get online and join free roam, having me be busted causes me to lose connection. I've just lost connection while getting in to my garage. The loading stays the same, possibly longer. I also reinstalled the game and verified integrity on steam, no issues there either. I can't play the game right now.

Thanks for the additional information! 

If you are on Steam you won't be able to repair via the EA app, but I see you already tried verifying the games files. 

To check do you get an error message when starting up, or when you get disconnected? If not would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Yes, I've gotten the 'Failed to create lobby' error for a little while now, everytime I go online. 

I also have to load my entire inventory from time to time, but it doesn't happen often.. though it did just now.

When I dc, I get the same Error Code: FTCL5001 as when I fail to create lobby.

Since yesterday I've been able to play PvP without any dc's, but my loading times has increased, and I can see from the animation that it doesn't look right. I still can't get in to Free Roam at all.

Is there somewhere else I can attach this file?

@hexiaFF5I dont have other ea games. have you tried other ea games to see if you can play online?

thanks for the heads up. I tried logging in just now to see if i could go online. nope. i still can not go online on the pc. i just bought the legendary dlc and this sucks balls.

That blows, hope it works out for you in the end. Though I'll admit that I've already uninstalled the game again. First PvP race today, and I get sabotaged simply for being better. If you do PvP, you ain't missing out on much anyways lol.

Same Issue. I was playing well but right after I bought legendary upgrade dlc , I barelly enter freeroam . When I can enter freeroam It kicks me after entering safehouse or 2-3 race later. But I can join pvp lobbies without issues. Btw Im playing on computer and I have around 80 car and 60 wrap. Someones says lots of cars and wraps causes the problem. But game updates brings new cars and cosmetics. If I can't collect them then what's the point of playing this game ? I hope they gonna fix this Issue on vol 9 update.

Quick reminder I deleted all of the dlc car in story and online but problem still happening for me.
