RWD Huracan Convertible broke multiplayer

Summarize your bug I wanted to create a Super Trofeo Lamborghini Huracan as a promo car for an upcoming league. So I bought the Lamborghini Huracan RWD Sypder. I put on the body kit, changed the rims, changed the headlight colors, and went to go upgrade it. All of the icons for the part upgrades were tires. So I went ahead and clicked on one thinking it was just a visual bug. Then it crashed my game and every time I try to launch the multiplayer, the game puts me on an infinite loading screen. Story mode works just fine and I cannot replicate the bug on there.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? What I did for this was I bought the Huracan RWD Sypder, I put the 2nd Lamborghini body kit for it, I put on some rims, changed the license plate, and changed the headlight color. I went then to the upgrades menu and tried to add parts to it clicked on one of the upgrades that was showing a tire icon instead of the air intake icon.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashed and now it doesn't load for the online section of the game. I'm in the loading screen forever.
What do you expect to see? I'd expect to see the multiplayer menu once the bar fills up completely.
