Trying to refund Need For Speed Unbound

Can somebody get back to me about my question regarding messaging the refund/customer service team directly please. This refund seems like a simple thing to sort out. I'm eligible for the refund, so should get it.

It seems like the staff here on the forum. like EA_Kuba, are helpful and try to help as much as they can, but don't have the systems to fix issues (so can't). The people who can sort stuff out, seem to be VERY hard to contact.

Honestly this a bad customer experience. I just need to speak to a human who can process my refund.

Thanks for this. I filled in the form and submitted it, but was taken to this page https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions/ about self-service support. There was no message to say the request had been submitted.

I managed to find this page about support cases https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/ and saw no cases. Filling in the form you mentioned doesn't seem to have raised a case.

Honestly, this is getting frustrating. I just need to speak to somebody helpful, like you, in the customer service/refund team. Isn't there some way of messaging/speaking  to someone in that team directly?

Thank you for your quick reply. The refund tool doesn't show the game I want to refund, so I can't use it to get a refund, despite me being eligible for the refund. This is where the AI chat kept on sending me. Can you send me a link to somewhere I can chat to a customer service person (not AI) about getting the refund please.

As we cannot process refunds through the forums, if that fails, you'll need to contact us directly via chat. Make sure that you're choosing the correct categories while contacting us, or try switching them.
