Ive been having this error for a while and ea support was not helpful. Anyone else having this issue and fix it? Bought the game on epic games launcher if that helps. My epic account is linked to my origin account and i have need for speed heat and the online works just fine on that. Check the screenshot for my problem. Thanks.

@EA_Barry No offense, but this is exactly what I was talking about EA not being helpful. I already said my account WAS linked and there would be no way I would have the game in my library if it wasn't. I double checked just now and it still is. I have internet and the game is allowed through the firewall so it can access the internet too idk whats wrong it makes no sense. I apologize for the frustration but its been 2 weeks of this.
I’m having the same issue on PS5. My internet is working fine but when I try to load up online on Unbound it just says “connection lost, network error has occurred”. Spoke to an advisor who tried all the troubleshooting steps but still no fix
