Every time I try to play need for speed unbound online it doesn’t let me load into a game lobby. The loading screen will allow me to progress to the garage where i can upgrade my vehicles and buy new cars. However every time I select join game I will be stuck on the loading screen until I am kicked for inactivity. I can’t even get onto the map screen. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting my PS5, checking for NFS updates and any PlayStation updates but there isn’t anything. Story mode works and loads fine, it’s online which seems to be the issue. I’ve been told that it is connected to EA servers so I’m just at a loss at what to do.

@JudyRacingMy PS5 isn’t in performance mode that’s the thing. It’s in game default. Thanks for trying to help though

Same here been 2 days tried moving save data from ssd to console. Deleted and redoloaded game rested wifi. Nothing is working on ps5.

@Wildeth1ng06 Was you able to ever figure out what was wrong?I'm having the same issue for days now...been on the phone with EA and Playstation and nothing has changed. I've tried everything I know!

Are you able to play online on that system if you swap to an alternate account as a test?

@EA_David I was able to get online in NFS Heat...but still now able to get online in Unbound.Sometimes it let's me get to garage but when I click on play and find game it kicks me back out.Now it's starting to do this thing when I'm at the dashboard and click online it will start loading and then automatically kick me back offline to dashboard without even making it to the garage
