VOL.7 Speed Pass not working (xbox)

Question

Product: Need for Speed: UnboundPlatform:Xbox Series XSummarize your bug I have purchased speed pass but for over 2 weeks now it wont show any of the stuff I have earned from it including my cars.How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont have access to speed pass or my speed pass cars. It even shows I have purchased the pass.What happens when the bug occurs? I cant use or get any of my vol. 7 pass things.What do you expect to see? to have access to my stuff.‌I have been patiently waiting for xbox to fix this issue and nothing has been done, I just want access to my speed pass and my cars for vol.7

Can we try the following, and then check if your unlocks appear?

Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
Check for console&nbsp;updates&nbsp;
Try the steps in our Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Open you're Xbox NAT Type

I play on my pc through the xbox app, i have restarted my app and pc multiple time nothing works.

In that case, can we try the following?

Repair&nbsp;your game via the EA App - Repair (Library &gt; Tile Dots &gt; Repair)
Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)&nbsp;
Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool, then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;

@EA_Illium i dont have the ea app on my pc i play through the xbox app on my pc.

Hi @ittscammmmm, To confirm if you play an EA game via the Xbox client you will need to link your Xbox account to an EA account and use the EA app with it.

If you do not have the EA app installed this can cause issues with installation and launching games.
