Club Members left in Lobby when starting a game

I am having an issue where I start a game in 3v3 clubs with 2 of my club members and one of them gets left in the lobby when we start. They get an error code and it says members in game for the rest of us. I newly added them to the club and it doesn't seem to detect that they are in the club because if I go into the social tab in WOC it says they are guest players. When I click on their gamer tag in the social tab it says "send club invite" but if I press that it says club invite already sent. They have accepted the invite already so it doesn't make sense. Any help with this???

    Hi there, @mcsmith1437

Is it only 3v3 club matches? I'm curious if 6v6 and Eliminator works. Just try to narrow this down. Also, what system are you all playing on?

  • I actually didn't try any other modes just 3v3 clubs. I am playing on xbox series s

Did anyone have custom gamerpics? If so, remove them and use default ones. Let me know if that helps or not.

  • None of us have custom gamer pics. We've all power cycled our xbox too and it still won't work. If I invite them to the lobby through xbox menu it occasionally works but 90% of the time it doesn't.

Thanks for the response. Have everyone also power cycle their modems. It would be best to follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
