I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
- @EA_Aljo No it does the exact same thing. I've cleared my MAC address Uninstaller the game and reinstalled. It worked fine the day before and then this. Typical ea get your money then just crash the game

I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. This isn't a case of taking your money and then forcing your game to crash. We're not aware of any issues that would cause this is we are getting very few reports of this, but hopefully, we can get it resolved for you.
Can you try switching out your jerseys? Also, did you make any recent changes to your lineup? If so, try removing those players and see if it still happens. You also can try creating a new lineup with the same players and make it active. There was a TOTW a few weeks back where those players were causing the game to crash so it's possible there's a similar situation here.
- @EA_Aljo I have tried making a new lineup. It just keeps giving the same message and crashing back to the main menu for nhl 23 for hut rush or squad battles but I can go do challenges.

Did you swap out any recent additions to your squad? Also, did you try using different jerseys?
It sounds like you're on Xbox. In that case, something else to try is deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. - @EA_Aljo I have made no changes to my lineup to cause this. I deleted the personal saved data and it still didn't help

Can you try using different jerseys? Also, do you happen to have a custom gamerpic? I've seen some weird behavior from these in WoC. I know you're in HUT, but if you have a custom gamerpic, can you try a default one and see if that helps?
- @EA_Aljo I have tried different jerseys and I don't have a Gamerpic. Anything your telling me is issues with your game so it sure seems like there is alot more going on with it. I PAID $130 FOR THIS IT SHOULD WORK.

Since we're not getting other reports of this, it seems to be related to something unique with your install of the game. Is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Is it happening on both HUT Rush modes? - @EA_Aljo Yes both hut rush modes and I've had it installed since it could be pre ordered and done every update and have never had a problem until yesterday. Now I won't be able to play and get any free rewards towards TOTY it seems while I'm actually off work. Unless your just gonna give me stuff which I highly doubt
