Game is broken and so is support, what is going on?!
Did EA lay off all the advisors? I can't start a chat no matter what options I try and I'm not getting email replies despite a promise for contact within 72 hours. My cases just get marked as solved with absolutely no input or dialogue. Guess you're going to have to hear about it because this is ridiculous and wholly unacceptable
This $100 game is unplayable. I have noticeable half-second delay online (ping doubled after the first update and even after all the promises of communication and transparency it's worse than ever), players stop when they receive the puck, they throw it away instead of performing a simple left-right skill-stick deke.
A 3 second delay on my goalie pass which turns into a guaranteed tap-in for my opponent when it should have been a simple 5ft pass to a d-man within vision ready to collect, carry and clear.
AI is impaired, I'm being poked from behind for a clean strip (never ever ever a penalty) but my pokes go sideways instead of straight to where I'm aiming like my player is having a stroke. Passing is atrocious again even when selected to 0-assist, turns right into a clean giveaway and my skaters part like the Red Sea to allow a breakaway
EA's incompetency and refusal to prioritize fixing the many longstanding gameplay issues is actively ruining the enjoyment of hockey in general for thousands of dissatisfied customers
