I have crashed at least 5 times playing goalie in EASHL games since the release of the latest patch. There is no warning or error message. Just straight crash to the Home Screen.
I have submitted a problem report via Microsoft's "Report a problem."
This is a new problem. Nothing has changed with my hardware. Crashes were rare in previous versions.
Community ManagerThanks for getting back to me. Did you try rebuilding the database and restoring licenses as I suggested previously? Also, if you haven't power cycled with these steps, try it now: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

As a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Again, this is just as a test. I'd like to see if a different connection works.
