EA support

Has anyone had an exchange with anyone from EA support that has actually gotten anyone to respond? I have been trying to get an issue sorted out since Friday and the only thing I have gotten back from them is “we are looking into it, thanks for sticking with us”. It is a very simple matter and if someone was actually looking into it, it would be resolved almost instantly.

    The team is busy working on NHL 26, tweaking the sliders and giving defensemen half length sticks since they have too many tools at their disposal. They've been at it a week and they're almost done the game. Time for some much needed rest and then they can release it next October.

    I've received more support from goldfish than I ever have with EA support...I'm convinced they're simply ChatBots with canned responses...no matter which direction you go.

    Nope very rarely do we get help. We’ve had multiple posts about them needing to fix the 2024 Draft year not being an option for created players… no response.  Multiple posts about how we want the ability to edit players positions in franchise mode…. Never a response.

      This isn't something the support team would be able to help with. We'll have to wait for a patch to get this fixed.

    Wow. It’s hilarious because the first thing they told me was to try asking in the community forum lol.

      Well I doubt you will be able to help since hours of discussions with agents resulted in me being told that there is nothing that can be done. But in case you are, I was not given my reward pack from the fantasy collection. EA agents have said that they can see that the pack was given and that I opened it (which did not happen) but they are willing to admit that I do not have the card that was supposed to come from the pack. This reward was account bound so I could not have gotten rid of it. Even with that, I was told that there is nothing that can be done.
