Question

Has anyone had an exchange with anyone from EA support that has actually gotten anyone to respond? I have been trying to get an issue sorted out since Friday and the only thing I have gotten back from them is “we are looking into it, thanks for sticking with us”. It is a very simple matter and if someone was actually looking into it, it would be resolved almost instantly.&nbsp;

The team is busy working on NHL 26, tweaking the sliders and giving defensemen half length sticks since they have too many tools at their disposal. They've been at it a week and they're almost done the game. Time for some much needed rest and then they can release it next October.&nbsp;
