Scam artists

EA is a bunch of scam artists. I completed the collection for a fantasy player last Friday and never received the reward card. I have been trying to get it sorted out for the past week. They have now admitted that I did not get my card but I have been told that there is nothing that can be done for me. I have the transcript of the chat with the agent where they admit that and tell me tough break.
