Scam? Bought the bundle through the webstore but didn't get the coax.

It's been almost 2 weeks since I encountered this problem and have not received a single comment or response from the people in charge.
I Bought finalizer bundle, got all the content but coaxium, please help to figure out this problem.

I know I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem and I don't think anyone is going to solve it, please contact me and help me figure it out, because otherwise I will consider it as a fraud on the part of the service representative, since the money was paid, the seller received it, but I as a buyer did not receive all the goods.

I'm not going to wait quietly and silently, and in no case will not forget and will continue to continue this discussion, because this is no respect for customers from the company that exists exclusively thanks to people like you and me, who support it, are its target audience and make the purchase of in-game content, which is not mandatory for the game.

  • This is a known issue and studio hasn't calculated the affected accounts at this point. The investigation is still ongoing

    You should probably make a formal announcement that there's an on-going investigation into this.

    Are you guys doing anything to fix this? Or maybe make an announcement to let people know that there is an ongoing issue? You know instead of just ignoring the player base

    Did you get a notice in your inbox. Other people are saying that they got something, but I didn't. I'm happy that you got yours resolved.

    I’ve been having the same issue with Coaxium and in my case, the reward track hasn’t reset for the past couple days, even after purchasing other items on the webstore. Can you guys please give an update on when this issue will be fixed since there’s clearly many others dealing with the same issue?
