Still can’t load into World of Chel!!!

Hey guys! I bought this game the day that it came out on October 4th. I was able to play world of chel for a couple of hours the day after it came out. Then, the next day, I went to load into world of chel and received an error code. I spent hours and hours trying various methods to try and resolve the issue and nothing worked. I’ve contacted EA support numerous times and still nothing has been done to solve this problem. Since around October 7th, I have not been able to even load into world of chel since then. It’s now December 25th. It has been 4 months since the game was released to the public and I am still unable to play world of chel, the sole reason I purchased this game. I spent $80 on a game that has been out for 4 months now that I can’t even load into, and EA expects me to spend another $80 in 8 months when the next one comes out. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to load into and play world of chel on NHL 25 by the time NHL 28 comes out. Needless to say, I won’t be giving this company another penny of mine. I’ve been beyond patient with EA year after year after and they continue to disappoint and make the same mistakes every single year. It’s a slap in the face really. I also never received the HUT packs I was supposed to get for pre-ordering the game. And it doesn’t seem like EA will be giving out any compensation to players like myself who spent their hard earned money on a game that has been out for 4 months and haven’t been able to play it at all either so, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

    Those didn’t work unfortunately, as I clearly stated in the post above. I have tried those “fixes” all in September, October, November and December(multiple times per month). None of those worked. Unfortunately I think the problem is on your end. I hope this helps. It’s been four months. Potentially… fix your game? Every time I contact you guys you give me the same answers and solutions that I have tried a billion times already and didn’t work lmao. It’s a joke really. It has been the same problems with EA every year and you guys still can’t figure it out. It has been MONTHS. It is not on my end. Wake up. This is ridiculous and embarrassing. I feel bad for anyone who spends another penny of their money on EA’s product in the future. Hope this helps.  Fingers crossed for a solution in January!!!!
