Thanks. Unfortunately, there's not really anything we can do with the game feeling sluggish. We need to see it happening. We're also getting very few reports about this, but will of course keep monitoring for more. You should go through the connection troubleshooting steps here. Make sure you've also power cycled your modem/router by unplugging it for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding in the power button until it turns off. Then, turn everything back on and see if there's a difference.
Also, check to see if the firmware for your controller is up to date.
It can't hurt to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
