Will BROKEN CHEL ever be fixed?

I'm disgusted with EA sports titles anymore. Specifically NHL. CHEL is the premier online game mode, and it's been out for months and still is broken. Poor matchmaking, as in at times you struggle to get a match, and other times matched way above or below who you should be playing. Also broken team customization options. It's reset our team colors, logos, etc 3-4 times in 3 weeks. The fact that 3s is just exploit hockey since some of the rules (ie charging, boarding) don't apply. Perks are stupid and not consistent. Hip checks and hitting is partly broken. Poor Goalie animations.... Still. This isn't anything new, and this is really poor quality control. Not new issues and ongoing for months. At least fix the things making the aspects that make the game unplayable at times and all rules should be in full effect whether 3s or 6s. EA puts out another broken game at ful price and doesn't fix it. We should be entitled to refunds. Seriously. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT EA! You have our money, now deliver a finished product and fix the glitches.
