Account has been Disabled

I've just purchased madden 25 went to play and got a prompting my account has been disabled. I have no previous or current bans I havent even played any EA games in over a year. I've already created a cased but I've been waiting so long already for a reply. Any direct telephone contact i can speak to an agent or does anyone know the solution?
