Is there a time table on when the hat trick glitch that crashes the game in be a pro on PS5 will be fixed? If there is no time table then I’ll just have Sony refund me my game till there is.

You guys have been saying this for weeks now... My NHL Be a Pro keeps crashing over and over again. Either FIX THIS OR REFUND US... We realize the real coders and developers don't waste thier time on NHL since it's the same game every year. You can't even get this right....how do we get our money back EA? We shouldn't have to disable parts of the game for your game to work. Your reply suggest the issue has been resolved. I want the commentary. why should I have to disable that for your crappy game to work?

Try turning off the play-by-play calls. Settings-> Audio & Visual Settings -> Broadcast settings.from there you can change the Commentary from play by play to Goal only or off completely.I was crashing left and right from the hat-trick issue and after making that change the issue went away… until today after the latest patch I saw it happen on my second game.

  Hello. Just to be clear, you were previously able to disable the commentary to avoid this crash, but since the patch yesterday, it has returned? Even with commentary off?

EA_Aljo It only happened one time post update, it may have been a fluke. I played 5 other games with hat tricks that didn’t crash last night.
