Can’t play any mode besides franchinse

I have been trying for the past 3 days to play the game i spent 120$ on every time I load into a game like for example HUT rivals or wildcard or squad battles and even world of chel I can’t do anythi...

This I believe is due to the 10 free play hours I have not been able to play all day and paid as well

    I didn’t have the the 10 hour trial I paid 120$ for the deluxe edition to play a week early but can’t play at all
