Can’t press RT in main menu to collect objectives. But it works in game?
I can press RT in game to pass and on my regular XBOX homepage but on NHL I can not press RT to view objectives and collect my rewards

Hi there. Please try completely closing down NHL 25 and opening it again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Tried that and also tried shutting Xbox down and restarting and that also did not work

When you shut your Xbox down, did you perform a hard restart or did you just turn it off and on again?
Also, check to see if a firmware update is available for your controller under Settings > Devices & connections > Controllers & headsets. I performed both restarts and neither worked also no updates on the controller. Still is not working today. This will be he day 3 of it not working on the main page of the game. Works to make passes tho during a game

Do you have a different controller you can try? This is pretty odd since it works in game, but would still be good to try this. We're also not getting any other reports of this so we'll need to keep troubleshooting.
