Cannot enter World of chel
Every time I try and load into World of chel it kicks me out back to the loading screen. Anyone else have this problem ?

happening to me as well. no error code just back to the ea intro then main menu. ps5

Hi there. Are you saying you try to load into WoC, but it goes back to the main menu without any error message? That's the first I've heard of that happening. Try rebuilding the database and clear the system cache. Those instructions are here. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
mine says cannot connect ea servers and I am on Xbox sx. I’ve tried the reset router, Xbox, open Nat, etc…. Nothing is working
It’s been over a week and it’s still kicking me back out to the main loading screen when I try to enter world of chel. I have re downloaded the game, cleared cache, re built database, feel like I’ve tried everything at this point. Pls look into my account
I have the same problem on ps5. Every time I try to enter world of Chel I get the error “the permissions could not be found for this user” and kicked to the main screen
