Cannot enter World of chel
Every time I try and load into World of chel it kicks me out back to the loading screen. Anyone else have this problem ?

Community ManagerHi there. Are you getting an error or is it just crashing and going back to the main menu? Also, what console are you on?
It’s been over a week and it’s still kicking me back out to the main loading screen when I try to enter world of chel. I have re downloaded the game, cleared cache, re built database, feel like I’ve tried everything at this point. Pls look into my account
I have the same problem on ps5. Every time I try to enter world of Chel I get the error “the permissions could not be found for this user” and kicked to the main screen

Hello. Did you play the free trial weekend recently or subscribe to EA Play to play the 10 hour trial?
