was just changing my lineup on my HUT team and was booted out w an error code. Tried to get back and it keeps saying the servers are down but no one else in the community is having a problem connecting. I've reinstalled the game. reset my router and even changed my dns setting to no avail. I also cleared my cache. nothing. i'm a die hard HUT grinder and this would be devastating right before xmas if I can't play anymore. please help!!! This happened around 6pm 12/22 eastern time and its now 9:30 pm

i'm on ps5 when i load the game, it says connecting in the right hand corner for about a minute then says cant connect to servers. then i try to load hut and after about the same amount of time it says the same thing. i had a free copy of fifa or whatever its called now 24 and it connected once then wouldnt connect. then i download nhl 24 and that wouldn't work as well. i've cleared the cache ive cjanged my dns and reinstalled the game. this is so upsetting right before the holidays. ive been playing this game since 1993 and im at my wits end.

Same here. Pretty frustrating. Who is your ISP? I'm using WOW. Really think it's a EA problem because literally every other device and service is working fine for me, playing MLB The Show online right now, but NHL 25 (and 24) both give me the exact issue you described.

Same issue, I’m in Michigan, have an Xbox series X and have WOW internet, every other game works fine but for some reason I can’t connect to nhl 25.

Same thing for me on PS5. Were you able to get reconnected? Literally every other device, service, and game is fine online.

Mines fixed, all I did was shut off the xbox or ps5, unplug ur router from the wall ans wait 10 seconds, plug in, then turn on console and wait for the internet to get on

so I waited an hour on hold but got in touch with wow, they actually acknowledged the problem and said I was not the first to report it. then as soon as I hung up I tried one more time and of course I got right online so i'm back in business for now fingers crossed its good but I think I'm done with wow that's just absolutely ridiculous.

I’m having a connection issue on Xbox Series X; tried playing HUT but it won’t connect online; my internet is working just fine; I can play online on every other game I have but NHL 25 is not working

Went and completely quit the game in the Xbox dashboard and reloaded the game and it is now working

i want to report that i have a problem with my network connection and i tried to erase my mac and unplug and plug in my xbox power cable and i reset my router and xbox and i reinstalled the game and then the game runs normally and after 2 days it reappears so i don't know what to do if anyone can advise me let me know thank you very much
Please fix my game because I don't like having to constantly reset my xbox, reset my router and reinstall the game, it's annoying, thank you
