Can't load into EASHL club or drop in with friend

Can load into EASHL and the lobbies on our own, but get an error for failing to retrieve data when we try to join together.

I am having the same issue with my club…made it 4 days ago and now we can’t both get in at the same time. Only one person.

    Hi there. Are you and your friend using share play or are both PSN IDs on linked to the same EA account?

      No two different PSN IDs two different games purchased separately on different accounts.

        Try clearing the system cache with the instructions here. If that doesn't help, can you try creating a new club?
