Didn’t receive pre order Hughes pack
got every other pre order stuff except my Hughes choice pack and fix the goalies EA

I also got screwed. No Hughes choice pack. Chatted with 2 EA reps - total runaround. Said "the team is aware of it". Wouldn't credit me NHL Points for in-game pack purchase. Nothing to make this right. Could have saved $30 and just got the standard edition

Community ManagerThere were 2 Hughes packs. One is a 99 OVR received in NHL 24. One is a choice pack in NHL 25 that was received if you pre-ordered before September 13th.
