Disconnecting frequently

Could you please update me with the results of your monitoring? I can update you. I experience the same issue. I try to play the game occasionally (once in 2-3 days) but nothing changes, still drops me out mid game, can't even finish a match. I tried everything I could.

1. I tried both wifi connection and wired connection, neither works. 
2. My internet connection is stable. 
3. Checked, restarted router several times.
4. All the other games work, including other EA games (NHL24, FC24)
5. I cleared system cache 
6. I configured network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as  DNS servers
7. I set UPnP active on modem/router

Nothing seems to work. I have already lost at least 30+ games due to connection error.

This is getting ridiculously embarassing. I paid heavy sum of money for this game, and has been buying all NHL-s since 2019. I literally stopped playng the game I used to play 200+ hours a year. Very very disappointing.

    Hi there. We still haven't had an influx of reports regarding disconnecting. When you say you're dropping out, do you mean you're getting the message that you lost connection to the EA servers?

    No. That's not necessary. Make sure you stick to a wired connection. Then, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    No, this did not help either. Beleive me, did this at least 10 times, and after your reply, again. For any reason, e.g. quality assurance, do you wish me to record it?And NHL 24 works fine, while 25 does not. I think I am done with this game and continue playing 24.  What an awful experience!

    There are some troubleshooting suggestions here. If none of those help, try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Also, make sure the firmware for your modem/router is up to date.
