EA BRICKED MY ACCOUNT BY ACCIDENT

So basically I was banned for an in appropriate name, fair enough. I was given a 3 day suspension which should have ended February 12th. Now every time I load into world of chel it boots me from the game once the game clock hits zero in the pre game lobby. When I go to customize my name in WOC the first and last name options are "greyed out". I have reinstalled the game hoping that would be a solution but no. Its as if the game still thinks I'm banned. As I said it should have ended FEBRUARY 12th it is now the 22nd. I have opened several cases with no one getting back to me. I still can't play world of chel games on my account.

    Terms of Service exclusively handle banned account cases. You've done the right thing by reaching out to them and it's now a matter of waiting for a response from them.

    If a few days pass though, without an email from the address: noreply@ea.com, please get in touch with the support team to double-check the ban appeal went through. Click this link to get in touch with the support team. The support team will take a look to better to understand why there might be a delay in hearing back on the ban appeal.

    I did not hear back from them and it has been 10 business days. I chatted with help today and was informed I need help with terms of service. But I can only contact them before 8:30 am PST because they are not live after that which is absolutely ridiculous. There is no one the other continent that can help me? All this after being told someone would reach out to me and no one has.
