EA UPDATE TODAY NO NOTIFICATION ON FOURMS OR GAME RESULT 0-3 loss.

EA please tell me why when you decide to do an update people are playing there games HUT what ever the case may be. You did not post on forums or in in-game notification of today’s update at all. As a result of this I get booted of the sever well I’m playing a HUT SQUAD BATTLES game up 5-0 in the 2nd 8:27 left in the second 29 seconds later EA boots me from EA’S server and starts there update. As a result of this update it gave me a lose now with a 0-3 loss.  I posted up on my YouTube and on the PlayStation App. 

Im trying to achieve a perfect Monthly and Season record please fix this as this not my lose It’s yours. And I clearly have proved it’s a technical issue that has to be fixed. In total now that’s 5 0-3 losses due to no in game warning of game update at all of the forums.  

Thanks for your time in this matter looking forward to EA’S reply on this.

    There was a notification of this in the patch notes. You can see a screenshot of it below. I'm sorry to say, we cannot remove this loss from your record.

    Wow ok how what happened to the in game warning of an update it was not sent out. We are in 2024 and in NHL 25. If you know this happens when you do updates then SEND OUT IN GAME WARNING. EA I pre ordered this game this is called customer service we are not fixing it How about you fix the game before you release same game over and over.  

    Like for real I play COD if they do an update well your playing they do NOT BOOT you from the server. Your games ends and it tells you an update is required and you don’t get a LOSS or a loss on your stats. Please tell me why a programmer can do it for one game but your programmer or programmers for EA can’t do this why? Or dose EA just like ripping people off. I’ve still yet to receive my last season’s XP pack. Your fast to take people’s money but your slow when it comes to keeping customers happy.

    POST IN GAME WARNINGS FOR UDATES PLEASE or is that to hard for your EA Programmers. Customer service.
