Error codes NHL 25

I have been trying for the past 2 days to play the game NHL25 i spend 120$ on not one EA representative I have contacted has contacted me back or ignored me and answered someone else every time I load into a game like for example HUT rivals or wildcard or squad battles it gives me the error code 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 I have done literally everything in my power to try and fix it besides hard resetting my PS5 I need someone to help me this is ridiculous…….
