When we try to play the game we keep getting the error code “configuration failure” we have gone through all of the trouble shooting procedures multiple times with nothing changing.
I get the error after matching, once I match up to a group it kicks me out with that error message

It is only happening on my main/only account. The mode is chel and when I load into a game, it kicks me out and gives the error “configuration failed.
