FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA

Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use

      PS5. I only play. WOC AND ONLINE VERSUS I CAN’T PLAY EITHER ONE.

        When exactly is the error happening? Do you recall any changes you made right before this started happening? Anything with your WoC player or settings? Also, is crossplay enabled? If so, try disabling it.

      Same thing is happening to me. Failed to retrieve data. Haven’t been able to play for over a week and I have literally done every single troubleshooting method recommended. Nothing is fixing this issue.

        Please send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. I will also need your club name. Most likely, we'll have to delete the club to resolve this.

        Unfortunately, the only resolution we have for this currently is disbanding the club and creating a new one.

      I am having the same issue.

      I have tried resetting my router, leaving the club, turning crossplay off, uninstalling the game, and still unable to load into any online games on NHL 25. Able to play games on Madden 25 and Call of Duty with no issues.

      Please send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID as well as your club name. We'll need to remove everyone from the club or delete it.

  • Anytime I try to load a game doesn't matter if it's wild card or rivals or even an offline game within the hut. Seems like if I close the game and come back it will let me play one or two games yhen error again
