Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use

Community ManagerWhen exactly is the error happening? Do you recall any changes you made right before this started happening? Anything with your WoC player or settings? Also, is crossplay enabled? If so, try disabling it.
Same exact thing is happening to me. Error code failed to retrieve data, try again later.

Me and 3 others were queuing for WOC. We had been playing for 2 hours or so and were met with the error message. This was days ago and haven’t been able to play…all 3 of us. No settings were changed prior to the error. I need crossplay, if I have to disable it to play I would like a refund. The solution can’t be to limit the user. Create a fix.
The ea help chat has been useless.
Community ManagerI was just asking if disabling crossplay helps so we could potentially narrow down what is causing this. It's just as a test. Can you try that?
When are you receiving the error? When loading into WoC or when loading into a game?
I can enter WOC no issues. When I select a Game within is where I get the error. It doesn’t even let me load into a game. For example, if I select 3v3 Drop In, the next screen is the error. I have a video if needed.
Disabling crossplay did not work either. Don’t believe it’s a connection issue.
