FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA

Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use

  • i need help ive been going insane due to this problem i cant play anything when it comes to nhl 25 and its b.s. can anybody help me with this problem thanks.

  • eveerytime i play hut and world of chel and ive done everything to try and fix it but nothing seems to fix it

    Hi there. There are a few things that there has been some very limited success with. I cannot guarantee any of these will help. The safest option is to play on a different account until we have this resolved. Here are those potential resolutions:

    • Delete the club you were on when this occurred. Even if you're not on that club now
    • Leave and rejoin the club
    • Clear your console's cache


    We are hoping to have a fix for this in the January update, but we don't have confirmation that's going to happen.
