That's nice, but he didn't disconnect on purpose. The game crashed for a reason. And we lost our rating because of it.

Community ManagerI'm not saying they disconnected on purpose. I'm just telling you why a loss is taken. We can't tell if someone purposely disconnects or not.
I would assume that if it knocks someone out of the game due to technical problems, it shouldn't take anything off their rating and give the club a defeat.
