Game Configuration fail

I keep on getting game configuration fail when I try to play world or chel, shootouts, versus and I want to stop I have had this problem for 3 weeks and I have been having to use my other account. I just want to be able to play my game without getting errors and game configuration fail.

    Someone else was able to resolve this by clearing the system cache with these instructions. Can you try that?

    Gotta say...if the game works on my PS5 on a different login but not on my ACTUAL login it seems the problem is on EA's end, not my PS5. FYI, I have already tried completely wiping my PS5 and starting from scratch and the problem still persists thus, refer back to point one of this post.

    I'm sure you will get this all ironed out by NHL 26 so we will all have plenty of time to work on the hundreds of problems that game will have 😂!

    Hello,

    Here are a few things that some others have had success with:

    • Clear your system cache with these instructions.
    • Leave and rejoin the club
    • Have everyone leave and rejoin the club. It was reported this worked after multiple tries
    • Delete the club you were on when this issue started

    Already tried the "clear the cache" thing. I'm not in a club. I play exclusively drop in. Seems odd to me that this problem started the minute my 3 day ban ended and has continued EVERY TIME I try to play drop in since then.

    Is this also happening in all the other online modes? Are you using shareplay by chance? Have you played on both Xbox and PS?

    I don't own an Xbox. The only online I play in NHL 25 is drop in.

    Can you send me a private message with your PSN ID? I'd like to add this to the investigation as your situation is different than the others. Normally, this has to do with having been on a club. It might be possible this happened when you were a guest on a club that was bugged. Regardless, I can't think of anything else to try. For now, you should be able to play on a different account until we can get this fixed.
