I’m so sick of this. Me and my friend play CHEL 3v3, blow out a low ranked team 7-0, and his game crashes with seconds to go. We lose 800 RP… Is there a way to prevent this RP loss?? We should not be punished for a game we had clearly won. This has been a continuing problem over the years. Any positive results?
I wanted to give you an update on this issue. This also happens when you're playing be a pro mode too. I am assuming still no one on EA's side has seen any of this?
I think the issue with this is (I agree with you by the way), people would exploit this and just unplug there Xbox or internet when losing games so they don’t lose RP. I’m not sure the game can realize the difference between a legit crash and someone unplugging. At the very least, you should have buffer time to be able to join the game back (2 minutes maybe?). Something needs to happen because like you said, it’s so difficult to gain the lost RP back - it really makes the game unenjoyable.
I am just baffled that no one in EA can replicate this problem and make a patch for it. People are def having issues with crashing, I could careless about a bug in be a PRO, I just want to play online competitive hockey and I can't because of the crashing.
Try clearing your cache, removing your vanity items, and cutting your hair to the default! These are the only known solutions so far according to EA Aljo. We just have to wait for the next update to see if they fix the issue if none of those options work for you, like me. I wish we could play too, been a decade with my team but we're just waiting, be patient. Perhaps switch to HUT until NHL26, It seems to be working
Hey Bro, Update Day has come and guess what!!!!! Still getting dashboarded!!! This game is really bad and these forum mangers do nothing but take the beat downs everyone gives about the game being bad. So maybe 26 will be an option, or maybe the next update they can do something!!!
