Game Freezing entire console

So I’ve tried to get help from EA But it’s pointless so maybe other people could help 

Basically I am playing franchise mode and every time im in a game during a cutscene,replay, the faceoff action shot or after a goal is scored my game and my Xbox freezes if I hold my home button down like I’m going to turn my Xbox off I can hear it open but I can’t do anything. 

Yes my Xbox is in a well ventilated area 

I have reinstalled the game twice 

I have cleared all saved data and caches multiple times it helps for a game or two then freezes again 

I just wish when we spend 90-130$ on a game it actually works and when it doesn’t the company who makes it helps us out I’m so close to giving up on EA and this game if I can’t get it fixed I will completely give up on EA just frustrated.
