Hut broke
My hut has been broken for over 3 hours. I have been told it’s my fault even though it’s happening to other users and now eahelp wont let me talk to a representative. Can some please do something or give me a time frame

I hope to recieve sone sort of compensation for this. Were now 6hrs in and still nothing.
You need to provide compensation when your product doesn't work as intended. This is not EA's first time doing early access. Can you not fix server issues within a few hours? Are you serious?
For those who cant access HUT, are we getting any sort of compensation? Its frustrating that we can see others streaming the game and we pay extra to play this game early.
I spend 100 euros for what? Watching just the new cover. This is ridicilous

It's 2:15 where the NHL studio is located. Again, there is no time frame. We're working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Can you point in the direction to call someone. This is ridiculous.
Same problem here almost 4 hours. Crashes after i get a nameless player in hut and it still doesent work. Nice way to waste money on the deluxe when it have lag like this
