hut not loading update?

hey aljo was wondering if there has been a fix on game crashes from loading up hut? & also is there any way my 10 hour timer can be reset back to 10 hours for the trial? ive pre ordered the game but i wasted more than an hour trying to get into hut which is the only game mode i play really,
