I don't use a headset so the controller volume for me has to be turned down to 0/10 in the volume settings or else I hear all the game sounds like goal horn and goal celebration music coming out of my controller. Please fix it so it saves when I adjust it and stays that way. So annoying to have to adjust it every time I get on this game.
Community ManagerHi there. Are you saying turning down the volume in the audio settings in NHL 25 is not saving? I'm not aware of a specific controller volume setting, but I'm also on Xbox so possibly, that doesn't show up for me.
When you noticed that HUGE server matchmaking problem?
Yes. In the audio settings, there's controller volume that's set to 10/10. All the sounds of the game come out of my controller and I don't want that so I always have to turn it to 0/10. I have to do that every time I load this game up. It's not saving. I'm on playstation.

I took a picture of it for you. Its under settings/audio&visual settings/volume settings. I have to turn it down to 0/10. When I start the game again. It goes back to 10/10

I am having the same issues on Threes circuit also on the PS5. I have to change it before every game. My other settings stay the same, just not controller volume
On PS5 me and all my friends have this problem with the sound from the joystick. This setting does not save in WOC in all modes and versus too

What would a video show? For me, on PS5, playing 3's offline mode each time I load up the game I have to turn the controller volume settings from 10/10 to 0/10. The very next game in offline 3's resets back to controller volume setting to 10/10, so once again I have to change it to 0/10.
Not a huge deal just annoying and would seem to be an easy fix
