Lost Starter Packs

Nope, I was hoping EA would step up and make things right, but I had a feeling that I was screwed.  It's really disappointing though because I pre-ordered for the extra content (among other things) and losing that content really sucks.

That's disappointing but I'll take that as a lesson for next year... thanks for responding. 

There a TON of things you can do to help people in this situation. EA just chooses not to help. You can reset their moments/objectives to help them rebuild their teams, you can send them HUT points, heck you could just reset their whole account.  I myself PAID extra money for the preorder packs and when I made the mistake of deleting my team you guys basically told me too bad so sad.

i have spent 1,000’s of dollars over the years on Madden, FIFA, NHL etc playing all of the Ultimate team modes. When I finally need a little help EA says… kick rocks lol 

If we allowed this, it would mean anyone could open their starter packs and contact us to get their team reset when they don't get what they want. Obviously, we can't have this happening. When someone chooses to delete a team, they are acknowledging everything they gained would be deleted. Unfortunately, we don't have a way restore that team.

My only complaint with that, and this was my misunderstanding, is that I thought I'd still get to keep my pre-order players cards.  It SHOULD be that if I delete my team and create a new one, I get to keep the same pre-order cards I received, I just don't get to re-roll to try and get different cards, which was never my intention anyway, but I can see why some people would try that.  

Since I pre-ordered the game, I feel that those are my cards... EA should have a way to make sure I get those pre-order cards back if I delete my team, whether accidentally or intentionally.
