That was never stated.
I had a different rep confirm it was a bug. This is consumer unfriendly.
I like how they just stop responding when they know that they messed up and are too selfish of a company to make it right

I stopped responding because I was off that last 2 days. There is no bug here though as this pack was only available if you pre-ordered before 9/13. This was advertised. There also may be some confusion with the 99 OVR Hughes choice pack that was received in NHL 24.
