Delay in online HUT

• I am using high end gaming monitor and Gamesir g7 wired controller
• I have steady 14ms ping in the match. And wired connection to my xbox series s
• UPnP is enabled in router settings
• I have talked to my ISP and we found no issues with the connection

Yet most cross play matches i have very slow response on my skaters like there is something holding them back. This makes pokechecking and playing manual defense almost impossible and cost me matches.

This issue seems to happen lot more in cross play than it does with xbox vs xbox. The difference on the match responsiveness is night and day to when it doesn't happen. Maybe the sync is bit off with the cross play?
