My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.

Community ManagerIs there any pattern to when it crashes or does it happen at different times? Is it in game or in the menus? Both?
It honestly is happening so much now it is hard to recognize any pattern, sometimes in the first game of the day, sometimes the 2nd,3rd,4th and so on. Sometimes when I am in the menus it happens but nowhere near as much as it happens in game.

I haven't tried that but I only own games on the profile I am actively using. I wouldn't even be able to play NHL on another account.
Community ManagerAs far a I know, you should be able to play on another gamertag that's on the same Xbox.
I game share with someone so I don't think that is the case, unless I was to play on my friend's profile which is not doable.
Community ManagerI wonder if it has to do with gamesharing or was this working fine until just recently?
