Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Exact same WAS just happening to us, on Xbox, for the past 3 days, UNTIL we QUIT the game, and went back in, and for some reason that fixed the issue and it now works.

Is the game listed in Quick Resume? If so, remove it and hard restart your Xbox. Try loading into the game again and let me know what happens.
