Network connection issue

Same here. Been going on since last night, reinstalled too

got booted out of hut around 6pm eastern last night haven't been able to connect since. no hut vs or world of chel 

Hi there. Are you on Xbox? Is so, remove the game from Quick Resume and power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks

Good morning. I am having the same issue (Xbox Series X) as of this morning. I tried your recommendation (ended quick resume and power cycled my equipment) and that did not work. For context, I am able to get into the Madden Ultimate Team mode. Can you please assist? Thank you!

Same issue for me on PS5. All my other games work fine online. Uninstalled/reinstall game and even cleared the PS5 cache. It doesn't work. 

What is happening exactly? Are you loading into HUT and getting a message about not connecting? If so, what does it say?

Did you try the power cycling steps I mentioned above?

Thank you for the reply. I load into NHL 25 (Hughes bros splash screen) and then it transitions to an empty screen with "CONNECTING" and a rotating NHL 25 avatar in the upper right corner. It does this for about 15-20 seconds and then gives me the following" "Network Connection Issue. Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time. In order to access the online features for this title ... etc." I then click "OK" and it brings me to the main NHL 25 menu. My Xbox tag (StSarcastic 867) is in the upper right but if I attempt to enter HUT or WoC it repeats this process. I have no other issues with my network or games (including MUT as mentioned above). I have tried restarting both my router and Xbox multiple times. I am located in Florida if that helps. Thank you again.

Yea. I even tried connecting to a completely different network and still can't load any online modes just get "Network Connection Issue" message. All of my other devices and games working fine online.
