I bought the new nhl 25 physical copy and every time k try and load the disc it only shows as an error even though I have the correct version of disc with the correct Xbox version. I attempted to buy it online which led me to refund the online purchase, and even that didn’t work for some odd reason
Community ManagerHi there. Are you trying to play NHL 25 on an Xbox One? If so, you need an Xbox Series S/X. NHL 25 is not available for Xbox One.
No, I have attempted to do this on my Xbox series x. I have tried to delete the cache, tried to make sure that I’m on the right power mode, tried power cycling multiple times and it still won’t read at all

I don’t see how it would be the disc that is the problem, seeing as I have multiple discs that work for my Xbox x that also have a copy for Xbox s and they work perfectly fine
